Outpatient Treatments for Adults
Outpatient treatment provides assessment, evaluation, education and counseling for adults with alcohol and other chemical dependency problems. Designed to support individuals and families in achieving a life free from mind-altering substances. Family members are encouraged to participate whenever possible.

Outpatient Services for Youth
Outpatient treatment provides assessment, evaluation, education and counseling for youth (ages 12-18). Parental consent is NOT required, although parental involvement is encouraged. Designed to support youth and their families in achieving a life free from substances. The length of treatment is based on the youth’s needs and completion of individualized treatment goals. NO cost to youth or his/her parents.

Adolescent Treatment Program
The Adolescent Treatment Program provides weekly youth outpatient treatment at various sites in the outlying areas of Sonoma County. ATP also includes a parent component. Services are offered at NO cost to the teen or his/her family members.
- Parents engage in a weekly support group
- Participate in individual or family counseling sessions
- Consultation by phone with regard to their child and his/her substance use issues.
Alternatives to Detention (A2D)
Supported by Sonoma County Juvenile Probation, Alternatives to Detention serves youth ages 14-17 years of age who are currently in, or at risk of being referred from, County Juvenile Probation. Youth are engaged in both group and individual counseling services, which are client-specific. The 30-day program provides for 2-hour interactive group sessions (Monday through Friday at CHOPS Teen Club/Santa Rosa or Monday through Thursday at San Antonio High School/Petaluma). Services are offered at NO cost to the teen or his/her family members.

- Rapid HIV and Hepatitis C (HCV) testing (results available in 20 minutes) for any individuals age 12 and above
